Mr. Noor Ahamed, FCA, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) with over 15 years of extensive experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and capital market operations.

He is currently serving as an Senior Advisor – Corporate Finance at Ahmmed Hoq Siddiqui & Co., Chartered Accountants. Previously, he joined Alpha Capital Management Limited as Managing Director & CEO, and earlier worked as Consultant at Unique Group and Senior Consultant at Anchor Finance Group.

Mr. Ahamed possesses in-depth expertise in IPOs, RPOs, QIOs, Rights Issues, Capital Raising, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers, and Acquisitions, providing strategic consultancy to numerous companies across diverse sectors of the Bangladeshi capital market.

He is also actively engaged in social and professional organizations including Dhaka Club Limited, Baridhara Cosmopolitan Club, Moinamoti Golf & Country Club, The Cumilla Club, Lions Club of Dhaka Imperial, and served previously on the Executive Committee of BMBA.

Dominic Gao Mingze is a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur with an international career spanning Singapore, the United Kingdom, China, and Bangladesh.

He holds an Accounting qualification from Singapore Polytechnic and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Birmingham (UK). With over a decade of cross-border experience in financial management, compliance, and strategic business operations, Dominic brings a global business vision to our firm.

He currently serves as Marketing Director at Ahmmed Hoq Siddiqui & Co., Chartered Accountants, leading marketing, brand initiatives, client engagement, and international partnerships.

Dominic also serves as General Manager of Beijing Jie Ren Consulting Services Co., Ltd., providing overseas employment, education, and immigration advisory services, bridging financial expertise with global business strategy.
